Some lives change gradually. Mine changed through rupture. Immigration battles. Sudden displacement. A hostile divorce. A car collision that left me with a broken neck. Spinal surgery and a permanent disability.Before adulthood I had already learned how trauma and instability shapes the nervous system. As a child, I experienced sexual abuse that continued for several years and ultimately led to my grandfather serving ten years in prison. It fractured my sense of safety and forced me to confront realities children never should.At the same time, growing up alongside my sister — who lives with significant cognitive and physical disabilities — shaped my understanding of how differently each nervous system experiences the world.Later, I spent nearly a decade working inside corporate environments before reaching a point of profound burnout. At the same time, I was navigating deeply personal decisions about motherhood — including painful abortions and eventually choosing sterilization after years of questioning what kind of life I truly wanted to build.I began to see a pattern that felt universal: sometimes the right decisions still carry grief. I saw it in divorce, leaving careers, choosing sobriety, moving countries, letting go of identities that no longer fit, and allowing myself to openly explore parts of my identity — including my sexuality and connection to the LGBTQ+ community.These experiences reshaped how I understand identity, and the body’s response to upheaval. Today I remain deeply connected to recovery and personal transformation. The work I offer grows from this lived experience.Most importantly, I don’t believe change is linear. I believe we move through arcs — of rupture, reflection, realignment, and renewal.
Most people who enter this space have already invested in therapy, coaching, books, or personal development. The issue is rarely effort. It’s fragmentation.You may have gained insight, but without integration, insight doesn’t translate into structural change.This experience is designed to bring coherence to what you already know, mapping patterns and creating a framework that anchors your decisions and identity moving forward.
The aim of this work is not dependency;
it's internal structure.By the end of the process,
you will leave with a deeper understanding of your behavioural patterns, a clearer sense of identity, and a decision-making filter aligned with who you are becoming.This is not an emotional high. It is a foundation.The work is built to integrate into your life — not to exist as a temporary fix.
This experience requires
emotional honesty and personal responsibility.If you're looking for quick fixes, rigid formulas, or someone to make decisions for you, this isn't for you.This is engaged, honest work.
It asks you to participate fully.This work unfolds best when we commit to the full arc.
